- Opting Out. If you no longer wish to receive communications from Beacon Insurance Group LLC, you may opt-out at any time by contacting us by replying "STOP" to a text message, calling our office 216-282-0780 option 5 and speaking with someone directly from Beacon Insurance Group LLC, or emailing us at Beacon@BeaconOH.com and requesting that we stop communication with you. You must provide email and phone number so we may remove from our database.
- Frequency of Communication. Beacon Insurance Group LLC will make every effort to limit the frequency of communications, but we may reach out to you as often as necessary to fulfill the purpose of communication outlined in section 2.
- Time of Communication. Beacon Insurance Group LLC may contact you at any time, including but not limited to normal business hours and after hours.
- Changes to the Agreement. Beacon Insurance Group LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
- No Responsibility for Fees. Beacon Insurance Group LLC is not responsible for any fees that you may incur as a result of receiving communications from us, such as text message fees or data usage fees.
